QUALISTA® is a brand registered by GREEN TECHNOLOGIES. It aims to guarantee users and consumers outstanding health and nutritional quality for all products from cereals processed by OXYGREEN® technology. Thanks to the specific properties of its products, it also offers countless possibilities for innovation.
GREEN TECHNOLOGIES is the subsidiary of Laboratoires GOEMAR (www.goemar.com), which specialises in food safety. GOEMAR is known and renowned in farming and grain-producing circles for having developed and launched the first plant vaccine (to reduce the use of pesticides).
It took GREEN TECHNOLOGIES almost fifteen years of Research and Development to obtain, in September 2004, a marketing authorisation from AFSSA (French Agency for Food Safety) for the OXYGREEN® process as a manufacturing aid.
This process makes the decontamination of cereals possible. It may modify, if needed, the structure of the outer layers of the grain. In this way the treatment makes it possible to obtain technological flours without the addition of additives.
6 international patents cover the technology and several scientific publications document the benefits of the process. Thanks to this innovation, the " Trophée de trophées de l'innovation" (INPI Trophy) was awarded to Laboratoires GOEMAR in December 2005.
GREEN TECHNOLOGIES went into partnership with Minoteries PAULIC to manufacture products resulting from the OXYGREEN® process.
Minoteries PAULIC (www.paulic-minotiers.com) have been working with GREEN TECHNOLOGIES since 2001. They were chosen to carry out the installation of the first OXYGREEN® industrial unit at Plounevez-Quintin mill (Côtes d'Armor - Western France) for the following reasons: - They have expertise and recognised experience in the field of wheat selection and are equipped with a computer system for product traceability.
- They are equipped with a state-of-the-art analysis laboratory
- Their manufacturing workshop for finished products makes it possible to verify all the analysis results in concrete terms.
