The eight QUALISTA® products offered to date all boast extraordinary quality in terms of health, which cannot be matched with the methods currently available. This quality results from the choice of wheat varieties and the OXYGREEN® treatment.

These products are also unique in their composition.
- QUALISTA® wheat grains, once separated from the epicarp, have optimum fibre content and may be used by any manufacturer wishing to preserve his reputation.
- Wholemeal flour is obtained from QUALISTA® bare grain without any further reconstitution. Thus it contains all the elements of the bare grain.
- T80 flour is also obtained from the bare grain and does not include any fraction of the pericap. It is not a reconstituted flour but it includes fewer peripheral parts of the grain.
- Of the two T55 flours, one is suitable for bread making and the other for making cakes such as Genoese sponges.
- Products rich in wheat fibre are unequalled on the market. Wheat fibre has a specific composition which makes it suitable for specific dietetic products. It contains neither starch or gluten. QUALISTA® wheat bran contains all the micro-elements of wheat in large quantities. It has optimum fibre composition (since it comes from bare grain) and is incomparably healthy.
The outstanding microbiological quality of QUALISTA® products makes it possible to develop all kinds of fresh products. Moreover, the manufacturer knows that QUALISTA® products are not a source of germs during the manufacturing process. By using clean manufacturing processes, he will obtain products of exceptional microbial quality.
The microbiological quality of all the QUALISTA® products is superior to that required by the strictest standards, e.g. flours for infant foods.
The QUALISTA® guarantee regarding storage insecticides is totally unique. Since it applies to wheat grains, it affects all QUALISTA® products including high-fibre products. In anticipation of possible European Community decisions, wheat used in QUALISTA® processes is not treated with chlopyriphos-methyl at any stage of the process.
As for the mycotoxins naturally produced by moulds, in the field or during storage, only Ochratoxin and DON are subject to regulations.
Thanks to wheat selection and to the OXYGREEN® process, QUALISTA® products, both flours and high-fibre products, have very little mycotoxin contamination since QUALISTA® grain has little contamination from the start.
